"Dining-Ding w/ Alokon"

Ingredients:
- Cut into trim alocon flowers (1 1/4 bunch)
- Diced-cut peeled small size kamote (1 pc.)
- Peeled patani w/ beans (1/2 cup)
- Large julienne- cut medium size peeled eggplant (1 1/2 pc.)
- Fermented fish (2-3 tbsp.)
- Chopped medium size tomato (2 pcs.)
- Fried fish (1-3 pcs.)
- Medium size onion (1 pc.)
- water (3-4 cups)
- Salt
Procedure:
- First step, mix or dilute the fermented fish into water
- Then, strain it on a sheave and bring it into the casserole (simmer it for about 2-3 mins.)
- Add the kamote until it begin to break into small parts (4-5 mins.);
- After that, put the patani, onion and tomato in it (mix it together w/ the rest ingredients) (simmer it until the patani finally cooked);
- Meanwhile, add the eggplant and taste it with salt (mix the ingredients); then for 3-5 mins until the eggplant is cooked;
- Then, you can now enjoy your dish.
