Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion (chop)
- 3 head of garlic (mince)
- 2 pcs. medium carrots (cubes)
- 1 pc. long celery (dice)
- 1 pc. bell pepper (Julienne)
- 1 sachet of Mama Sita Caldereta powder mix
- 1 small can Reno Liver Spread
- 4 pcs. Laurel leaves
- 4 cups. of water
- 2 tbps. of cornstarch (mix with 1/2 cup of water)
- 2 tbps. oil
- 1 tbp. salt
- pepper
- 1 kilo of chicken (breast part - cut)
- 3 pcs. medium potatoes (cube)
Procedure:
- Stir fry the garlic using medium heat in a casserole; wait until it becomes golden brown.
- Combine the onions until it reach its suitable smell.
- Add the 1 kilo chicken and mix it well. Simmer it until the chicken juice becomes dry.
- Add up the laurel and water; stand by until it boil.
- Put the Mama Sita Caldereta powder mix together with the potatoes, carrots and cornstarch, mix them well.
- Add the new liver spread, celery and bell pepper together.
- Put some salt and pepper; then, simmer it within 10-15 minutes.
