Pork Adobo w/ String Beans

Ingredients:
- Trimmed long string beans (1 bunch)
- Chopped thin-strips pork belly (1 kilo.)
- Vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp.)
- Minced-cut red onion (1 pc.)
- Peeled garlic (4-5 cloves)
- Coconut vinegar (1 cup)
- Soy sauce (1/2 cup)
- Water (3//4 cup)
- Salt
- Pepper
Procedure:
- First step, put the vegetable oil in the casserole with a moderate heat;
- Then, add the onion and garlic (wait until it become golden brown);
- After that, put the pork in it then cook it until it become slightly brown color;
- Meanwhile, put the vinegar, soy sauce, and water. And mix it with the other ingredients;
- Remove the floating lid, then add the string beans until it cook.
- Then, you can now serve your amazing dish with your loveones.
