RECIPE:

Ingredients:
  • Trimmed long string beans (1 bunch)
  • Chopped thin-strips pork belly (1 kilo.)
  • Vegetable oil (1-2 tbsp.)
  • Minced-cut red onion (1 pc.)
  • Peeled garlic (4-5 cloves)
  • Coconut vinegar (1 cup)
  • Soy sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Water (3//4 cup)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Procedure:
  • First step, put the vegetable oil in the casserole with a moderate heat;
  • Then, add the onion and garlic (wait until it become golden brown);
  • After that, put the pork in it then cook it until it become slightly brown color;
  • Meanwhile, put the vinegar, soy sauce, and water. And mix it with the other ingredients;
  • Remove the floating lid, then add the string beans until it cook.
  • Then, you can now serve your amazing dish with your loveones.
