Shrimp and Bean Sprouts

Hi Guys! I have a new dish presenting, known as "Shrimp and Bean Sprouts," it's a popular Chinese food that has an amazing taste. But, through the new procedures and recipes I've counted, the original taste it had, turned into more fantastic amazing flavor. So what are you waiting for? Recipe

Ingredient:
  • Scallions 
  • Cabbage
  • Onion (1 pc.) 
  • White eggs (3 pcs.) 
  • Bell pepper 
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Carrot
  • Shrimp
  • Chopped ginger and garlic
  • Moong Sprouts 
Procedure:
  • In a large pot, boil the Moong Sprouts. Then, set it aside for about 2 minutes. 
  • Heat the pan with oil; add the ginger and the garlic spontaneously. Then, put the onions (wait for 30 seconds), add the bell pepper and carrots (wait for about 30 seconds)
  • Put the cabbage and salt, mix it well. Close the lid of the pan for 4 mins. Separate the vegies in a plate. 
  • In the same pan heat the oil, and cooked the shrimp (saute). Add the pepper and the salt.
  • Add eggs and saute it. Put the  fried veggies, then add moong sprouts. 
  • Add pepper and salt (Mix well), then add the scallions. Happy Eating!!!
