(EASY) Pork Sinigang w/ Kamote Leaves

Are you craving with greeny and soury dish? This Filipino "Pork Sinigang" recipe would be best for you. A lovable top- country stewed pork with proud vegetable "Kamote Leaves." 



RECIPE:


Before you begin, make sure that the ingredients are well-prepared. Goodluck!
Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes (3 pcs.)
  • Onion (1 pc.)
  • Pork (3/4 kg)
  • Pepper 
  • Olive oil (3 tbs.)
  • water (3 1/8 glasses)
  • Garlic (1 pc.)
  • Sinigang Sampaloc Mix (1 sachet)
Procedure:

1. Stir-fry the chopped onion and garlic. Then wait until it popped into its slightly brown color; 

2. Then, put the sliced tomatoes and wait for it be fried.

3. Next, put the chunk-sliced pork on it; then while frying it;

4. Transfer the 1/8 glass of water on it, to avoid over-cooked meat;

5. After that, put the 3 glasses of water together w/ (1 tbsp.) salt, Sampaloc Mix, then pepper.

6. Meanwhile, put the green kamote leaves on it.

7. Then wait for 5 up to 15 minutes for it to be cooked; its ready to be served!
