Ingredients:
- Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
- All-purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
- Cold Butter (4 tbsp.)
- Ground Cinnamon Leaves (1 1/4)
- Butter (7 tbsp.)
- Brown Sugar (2 cups)
- White eggs (3 pieces)
- Vanilla Extract (1 1/4 tbsp.)
- All-purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)
- Iodized- Salt (1/2 tbsp.)
- Fat- free Milk (3/4 cup)
- Baking Powder (3 tbsp.)
- Fresh Blue Berries (2 cups)
- Cup Fresh Raspberries (3/4 cup)
- Cup Fresh Blackberries (3/4 cups)
- Frozen Unsweetened Sliced Peaches, thawed, and patted dry (16 ounces)
- Combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; then, cut in butter until it becomes crumbly. (Set it aside)
- Mix the butter and 1 cup of sugar from a separated bowl until it becomes light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs from time to time, and beat it with vanilla. Add the baking powder, flour, and salt; mix to creamed the mixture alternately with milk, beat them well after each addition. Attach and fold the blueberries into the remaining batter.
- Try to spoon into a 12 inch. by. 8 inch. the baking dish, then coated it with cooking spray. After that, organize the nectarines on the top; put the remaining sugar. Drop the extra batter by teaspoonfuls over nectarines. Then, sprinkle the reserved toppings on top.
