RECIPE:


Before you begin, make sure that the ingredients are well-prepared. Goodluck!

Ingredients:

  • Brown Sugar (1/3 cup)
  • All-purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
  • Cold Butter (4 tbsp.)
  • Ground Cinnamon Leaves (1 1/4)
Pummel: 
  • Butter (7 tbsp.)
  • Brown Sugar (2 cups)
  • White eggs (3 pieces)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 1/4 tbsp.)
  • All-purpose Flour (2 1/2 cups)
  • Iodized- Salt (1/2 tbsp.)
  • Fat- free Milk (3/4 cup)
  • Baking Powder (3 tbsp.)
  • Fresh Blue Berries (2 cups)
  • Cup Fresh Raspberries (3/4 cup)
  • Cup Fresh Blackberries (3/4 cups)
  • Frozen Unsweetened Sliced Peaches, thawed, and patted dry (16 ounces)

Procedure:
  • Combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; then, cut in butter until it becomes crumbly. (Set it aside)
  • Mix the butter and 1 cup of sugar from a separated bowl until it becomes light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs from time to time, and beat it with vanilla. Add the baking powder, flour, and salt; mix to creamed the mixture alternately with milk, beat them well after each addition. Attach and fold the blueberries into the remaining batter.
  • Try to spoon into a 12 inch. by.  8 inch. the baking dish, then coated it with cooking spray. After that, organize the nectarines on the top; put the remaining sugar. Drop the extra batter by teaspoonfuls over nectarines. Then, sprinkle the reserved toppings on top.

4. Put the cake at 345° for 30-43 minutes. Then, wait for the finish product.
