The Stir-Fried Togue w/ Tofu

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- Tofu (5 pcs.)
- Togue "Monggo Sprout" (1 kilo)
- Dice-cut medium- sized red celery (1 pc.)
- Medium-sized red onion (1 pc.)
- Mince-cut head garlic (2 pcs.)
- Optional: Knorr Cubes Beef (2 pcs.)
- Salt (1 tbsp.)
- Pepper
- Vegetable Oil (3 tbsp.)
- Water (3 cups)
Procedure #1:
- Stir-Fry the tofu on a pan with moderate heat (fry it until it become golden-brown)
- After that, separate the tofu and put it on a plate w/ tissue to decrease the tofu's oil consumption
- Then, when it is finally cool, start to cut it (cubes)
Procedure #2:
- Put the vegetable oil using in a casserole with moderate heat;
- Then, simmer the garlic (until it become golden-brown)
- Add the onion and mix it with the garlic (wait until you smell its nice aroma)
- After that, put water and beef knorr (mix it w/ the ingredients)
- After a few minutes, put the other ingredients such as togue (monggo sprout), carrots & celery (mix well and wait for 5 to 10 minutes)
- Add salt & pepper, simmer it for another 5-10 minutes
- Then, you can serve the hot flavorful finish product.
