RECIPE:

Ingredients: 
  • Tofu (5 pcs.)
  • Togue "Monggo Sprout" (1 kilo)
  • Dice-cut medium- sized red celery (1 pc.)
  • Medium-sized red onion (1 pc.)
  • Mince-cut head garlic (2 pcs.)
  • Optional: Knorr Cubes Beef (2 pcs.)
  • Salt (1 tbsp.)
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil (3 tbsp.)
  • Water (3 cups)

Procedure #1:
  • Stir-Fry the tofu on a pan with moderate heat (fry it until it become golden-brown)
  • After that, separate the tofu and put it on a plate w/ tissue to decrease the tofu's oil consumption
  • Then, when it is finally cool, start to cut it (cubes)
Procedure #2:
  • Put the vegetable oil using in a casserole with moderate heat;
  • Then, simmer the garlic (until it become golden-brown)
  • Add the onion and mix it with the garlic (wait until you smell its nice aroma)
  • After that, put water and beef knorr (mix it w/ the ingredients)
  • After a few minutes, put the other ingredients such as togue (monggo sprout), carrots & celery (mix well and wait for 5 to 10 minutes)
  • Add salt & pepper, simmer it for another  5-10 minutes
  • Then, you can serve the hot flavorful finish product.
