Pork Carrot Meatballs
Hi guys! A new amazing delicious dish with its very nutritious carrot ingredient. This is really balance meal for taking diet. Happy eating!
RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Medium-size carrots (ground cut) (2 pcs.)
- Ground pork (1/2 kilo)
- Diced-cut long red celery (1 pc.)
- Mince-cut head garlic (2 cloves)
- Minced-cut, red, medium-size onion (1 pc.)
- Cornstarched (3 tbsp.)
- Flour (4 tbsp.)
- Salt (1 tbsp.)
- Pepper (1 tbsp.)
Procedure:
1. In a big bowl, put all the following ingredients: ground pork, eggs, ground carrots, diced celery, minced garlic, minced onion, cornstarched, flour, salt & pepper
2. Then, mix all the ingredients;
3. Turn the frying pan into moderate heat;
4. Form it as small balls, and put it on the pan
5. Wait for it until it become golden brown;
6. After that, you can now serve your delicious meat balls.
