RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 2-inch pieces boneless Bangus (1/2 kg)
- Toasted garlic (4 Units)
- Onion, quartered (1 pc.)
- Water (4 cups)
- Finger chili (1 pc.)
- Leaves and picked stems of Kangkong (1 cup 50g)
- Okra (1/2 cup 50g.)
- Radish (1/2 cop 50g.)
- Ginger (julienned, 3 thumb-size)
- Vegetable oil (1 cup)
- Fish sauce (1 tbp.)
- 1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
Procedures:
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Put the MAGGI MAGIC SARAP all over the bangus, and wait until it gets golden brown. Then, transfer it into the trainer to gather the excess oil from the fish.
- In a pot, mix up the tomato, garlic, onion, ginger, finger chili and water. Cover it for about to 10 minutes, while boiling and simmering inside.
- Put the sitaw, radish, okra together with an intervals of 2-minutes.
- Scatter the MAGGI MAGIC SINIGANG Original Sampalok inside the pot with bangus and mix it well with the fish sauce. Simmer it for about 2 minutes.
- Ready to serve
