And the moment you eat it, the tenderness and juiciness of the chicken will quietly hooked your taste-needs. But now, I'm proudly introducing you the yummy "Own-style Crispy Jollibee Chicken Joy". The mixture of the breading consist of flavorful ingredients which was being coated all over the chicken. Oh, what are your waiting for? RECIPE

Ingredients:
  •  1 kilo chicken (cuts of your choices) 
  •  pepper
  • salt
  • cooking oil (deep fry) 
Breading Ingredients :
  • cornstarch (1/2) 
  • five spice powder (1/4 tsp.) 
  • garlic powder (1/2 tbp.) 
  • magic sarap (1 sachet) 
  • all-purpose flour (1/2 cup) 
Procedure:
  • Marrinade the chicken parts with salt and pepper for about 13 minutes. (set aside) 
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour,  pinch of salt, cornstarch, magic sarap, garlic powder and 5 pieces powder. 
  • Heat the oil in a deeping frying pan for about to 180° C.
  • Put a breading inside and out of the chicken, and coat underneath the skin also.
  • Make sure you put the breading properly all over the chicken
  • Fry it

  • 15 minutes
