RECIPE Ingredients: Medium-size carrots (ground cut) (2 pcs.) Ground pork (1/2 kilo) Diced-cut long red celery (1 pc.) Mince-cut head garlic (2 cloves) Minced-cut, red, medium-size onion (1 pc.) Cornstarched (3 tbsp.) Flour (4 tbsp.) Salt (1 tbsp.) Pepper (1 tbsp.) Procedure: 1. In a big bowl, put all the following ingredients: ground pork, eggs, ground carrots, diced celery, minced garlic, minced onion, cornstarched, flour, salt & pepper 2. Then, mix all the ingredients; 3. Turn the frying pan into moderate heat; 4. Form it as small balls, and put it on the pan 5. Wait for it until it become golden brown; 6.
